What’s Included

Each package includes 2 professional bartenders and 4 hours of mobile bar service, along with disposable drinkware, ice, cocktail napkins, garnishes, a customized printed menu, and all necessary licensing, insurance, and catering permits. Our bar features a beer, wine, and liquor selection, all provided by Lucky 13.

You can choose from the following options to suit your needs.

  • As the host, you’ll cover the entire cost of the bar. Select your menu from our alcohol package options, and we’ll handle the rest.

    Cost: Selected alcohol package fee + $500 bar service fee.

  • Set a specific budget for the bar. Once your budget is reached during the event, the bar will transition to a cash bar for guests to continue purchasing their drinks.


    Cost: Predetermined budget + $500 bar service fee.

  • Guests are responsible for purchasing their own beverages throughout the event.

    Cost: $500 minimum to show up (non-refundable). Parties must spend at least $750.

All packages include a $500 bar service fee, your selected alcohol package 20% gratuity, and 6% Idaho sales tax. If purchasing with a credit card, there is a 3% credit card fee.

We do offer a stand-alone bar option for $300 and can accommodate smaller party needs. Pricing for our stand-alone bar varies upon consultation.

Beer, Wine & Liquor Package

Indulge in 4 hours of fully hosted bar service featuring your choice of 2 beers, 2 wines, 2 signature cocktails & full liquor options with standard mixers.

The Luxe Reserve

Beer & Wine Package

Enjoy 4 hours of fully hosted bar service featuring your choice of 2 beers and 2 wines. You also have the option to substitute a beer or wine with a hard seltzer for added variety.

Additional Pricing Information

At Luxe Libations, we currently offer two different bar setups to elevate your event. Here are the pricing details for each of our bar options and services:

  • Rambling Rosie, Our Vintage Trailer

    • Setup Fee: $500 (non-refundable) + $750 event minimum

    • Includes up to 4 hours of service, a customized printed menu, one bartender, disposable cups, cocktail napkins, straws, ice, garnishes, mixers, alcohol, and a city/county permit for up to 100 guests

    Stand-Alone Bar

    • Setup Fee: $300 (non-refundable) + $750 Event Minimum

    • Includes the same 4-hour service package for up to 100 guests.

    • Extended Hours: Add extra hours with a TIPS-certified bartender at $55 per hour.

    • Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to hosted tabs.

    • Processing Fee: All credit card or electronic payments incur a 3% processing fee.

    • Minimum Event Cost: There is a $750 minimum for all events. If the event total is below this amount, the minimum charge of $750 plus gratuity will apply.

    • Included Travel: Setup fee covers up to 60 miles round trip from Boise.

    • Additional Travel: Beyond this range, travel is billed at $1.00  per mile.

    • Additional Fees: Depending on location, extra travel or accommodation fees may apply.

    • Setup and travel fees are due upon contract signing.

    • Hosted tabs will be settled at the end of the event.
